KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMUNIKASI, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI RSUD KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG

Abstrak

The research aims to highemployee performance can be realized, if managed properly. That is why every organization needs to implement performance management. Often people make the mistake of thinking evaluating performance is performance management. Though evaluate the performance or provide an assessment of the performance is only a part of the performance management system. Samples in this research is about 230 person all of contract employees of Klungkung Hospital. The method of data collection was using the questionnaire. By using the method of structural equation a modeling analyzes. The results of this study indicated thatthe influence of leadership on employee performance is there a significant positive effect; the effect of labor leadershi on employee performance is positive there is no significant effect; influence of communication on employee performance is contained significant positive effect; and the influence of organizational climate on employee performance is there a significant positive effect. Also seen, the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is a communication variable.
