Being good business school which has quality, innovation, global perspective and consistent in implementing Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Mission of Undiknas Post Graduate

1. Consistent in improving the quality and quantity of activities in Tri Dharma Perguran Tinggi.
2. Creating an academic atmosphere in the postgraduate program of Undiknas Denpasar.
3. Motivating and facilitating the academic society in Postgraduate Program of Undiknas Denpasar as an objectives to innovate and productive in the field of occupied science.
4. Frequenly updating and implementing global-scale science and technology development

The objective of the Undiknas Post Graduate

1. Implement the learning process in a manner consistency with the SOP, GBPP, and SAP predetermined of postgraduate program.
2. Increase research activity among faculty Undiknas Post Graduate which can lead to new discoveries in the field of science and technology.
3. Create the latest innovations in the field of science and technology.
4. Carry out community service activities that can contribute to the maximum and optimal to the community, the graduates, the government, and the nation.

Goals and Strategies Achievement Undiknas Post Graduate

Target achiement of post graduate program:
1. Implement teaching and learning, research and community service in a manner consistency with development of science and technology, and arts. To achieve this goal the strategy carried out as follows :
  • a. Implementing the learning process effectively and quality
  • b. Always improving the quality of teachers
  • c. Improve the quality and quantity of research activities
  • d. Motivating the academic activity to seize various research grants and grants community service
  • e. Designing and implementing a wide range of community service and quality that best suits the needs and problems of society
2. Creating an atmosphere of reading and implementing scientific discussion within the academic community. This target can be done with the following activities :
  • a. Designing a regular and continuous academic discussions in the academic community
  • b. Cultivating tradition of reading, among faculty and students
  • c. Cultivate lecurers and students to access a variety of information via the Internet
  • d. Disseminate information on the motto that can arouse passion and enthusiasm for academic creativity, research and community service
3. Encourage and motivate the academic community to undertake a variety of innovations in the field Tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Activities that can be done to realize this goal are :
  • a. Research instincts honed and facilitate lecturers and students to always be able in producing the latest findings
  • b. Familiarize activity discussions or workshops related to the recent findings that seem to innovate
  • c. Provide and disseminate information on new findings both national and international scale so that the academic community has a benchmark for creativity and innovation

Achievement strategy :
1. Human Resource Development for educator is directed to be professional staff, able to compete and participate in scientific forums in scale of regionally, nationally, and internationally. Having a good personal integrity, and has a strong commitment to the campus. As for administrative personnel development is directed to become professionals who oriented to improvement of all aspects in administrative services, both academic and non-academic administration.
2. The Study Program always be pursued in accordance with the development of science and technology, labor market needs, and development needs of the nation and humanity in general. Since each of Study Program pursued on curriculum oriented towards the development of reasoning skills, the skill to apply science and technology, and uphold ethical values, morals and honesty. In an effort to meet all of them, at least every two (2) years the existing curriculum are evaluated continously. In the evaluation, the faculty invites some alumni, lecturers and stakeholders for giving advice and input.
3. Development of physical facilities strived to meet the needs of teaching and learning, to support a variety of activities and services to studentís faculty. Although the development of physical infrastructure centralization is done at the university level, but Undiknas Post Graduate always doing renovations and renewal of campus facilities in accordance with the financial capability possessed.
4. The technological advances in the field of information systems, communications and ITC (information, technology and communication) and audio-visual utilized in improving the quantity and quality of teaching and learning, research, scientific publications, and administrative services.
5. To create academic and non academic environment condusively, then continuously strived grown academic culture for students and lecturers as well as the corporate culture for structural officials and administrative personnel.
6. Improving the profile of the Undiknas Post Graduate Program is required to disseminate the existence of the Postgraduate Program of Undiknas Denpasar with various program activities, both academic and non-academic activities, all of which are implementations of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and enrichment activities in an effort to hone the soft skills of students.
7. To apply science and technology in the world practice and can also contribute to efforts in implementing the community service of the Postgraduate Program of Undiknas Denpasar cooperation with various parties, both large-scale regional, national, and international. Similarly, the parties invited to cooperate not only with universities but also with other institutions such as government agencies, the private sector and institutional or social institutions that are considered relevant.
