Undiknas Graduate School Vision

To become a graduate school that excels in the fields of education and teaching, research, and community service based on the values of Pancasila and Tri Hita Karana, and excels in producing graduates with integrity, professionals, digital talents, entrepreneurial spirits, and global competitiveness.

This vision is socialized in the form of the tagline "Empowering globally competitive professional-preneur with integrity".

Undiknas Graduate School Missions

1. Carry out international quality education and learning processes based on the industrial world, the business world, the world of work;
2. Carry out international quality research based on the world of industry, the world of business, the world of work;
3. Carry out international quality community service and have a real impact on society;
4. Develop and apply knowledge in the fields of management, law, and public administration to encourage management, business, law, and governance practices based on sustainability principles;
5. Producing master graduates in management, law, and public administration who are integrity, professional, digitally talented, entrepreneurial, and globally competitive.;

Undiknas Graduate School Objectives

1. Realizing international quality institutional governance;
2. Develop and strengthen relations and cooperation with the industrial world, the business world, the world of work, domestically and abroad in the field of higher education tridharma;
3. Increase the competitiveness of students and alumni;
4. Improve the capabilities of lecturers and education staff;
5. Increase sources of income other than tuition fees;
6. Realizing a modern, flexible, participatory, adaptive, and international quality learning system;
7. Increase productivity and quality of research and research outputs
8. Increase the productivity of community service programs and community service outcomes

MILESTONE of UNDIKNAS GRADUATE SCHOOL (Vision Achievement Stages)

The vision of the Undiknas Graduate School as described above is a vision that is realistic and can be measured reliably. The realistic and measurable vision of the Undiknas Graduate School is reflected in milestones or milestones and achievements which are very clear and systematic, and show the stages of achieving this vision along with benchmarks for achieving each stage. The milestones from the vision of the Undiknas Graduate School are presented in the following figure.

The policy direction of Undiknas Graduate School for 15 years is divided into three stages (milestones), namely stage I covering the period 2020 - 2024, stage II the period 2025 - 2029, stage III the period 2030 - 2034. In general, the achievement target in stage I is strengthening quality excel at the national level and prepare the foundation for achieving superior quality standards at the international level, with superior accreditation by LAMEMBA for the Master of Management Study Program and BANPT for the Master of Public Administration and Master of Law Study Programs and has become a member of Abest21 (The Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow, a 21st century organization) and AACSB for the Master of Management Study Program. The target for achievement in phase II is strengthening superior quality at the Asian level and preparing the foundation for achieving superior quality standards at the Asian level. In phase II, it is hoped that the Master of Management Study Program will be accredited by Abest21. In stage III, it is hoped that the Undiknas Graduate School has succeeded in entering the ranks of superior Asian postgraduate schools that meet international quality standards, including the accreditation of the Undiknas Master of Management Study Program by AACSB.

Undiknas Graduate School Achievement Goals and Strategies

After establishing a strategic, realistic and measurable vision and mission, the objectives of the management unit can be well-arranged. To be able to realize this goal, the Undiknas Graduate School management unit has analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that might be faced through a SWOT analysis. By knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and being guided by a directed vision and mission, a strategic plan is then determined to be realized by 2034, namely:
